tehn take a shower warm water comfortable……only a splotch of you favourite herbal shower……..a warmroom with no computer no phone,just a simple radio….nothing too fancy………pen and paer and let the channel you piuck just worm itself around you……just breathe relax and listen with all your senses….breathe lokk out teh windows….put a rose in a vase……..just listen breathe let the music travel to your heart…….only when you know you can’t be bothered by the annoucers voice only then stsar writing using only the abc….no numbers…….beginning middle and end…….no beninnng no porseeure just like you were a nilliuonaire……..music must be free.
